Dear Parents and Carers,

 

As you will be aware following the announcement from the Government last night all schools are now closed to pupils (other than those parents who have already identified themselves to us as keyworkers).

 

All learning will now be done online  with effect from Wednesday 6^th January 2021 as detailed below.

 

Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.

Work for children will be set daily on Class DOJO.

 

Year 3,4,5 & 6

Work will be set daily for children on Google Classroom.

 

Work for all classes will be online each day by 9am.  It is vital that your child completes the work that has been set for them by their class teacher.

If you need to communicate with your child’s teacher, please use Class DOJO.  Class DOJO will be staffed each day between the hours of 9am and 3pm, any messages received after 3pm will not be looked at until the following school day. 

 

If you are struggling to access online materials please contact school.

پیارے والدین اور نگہداشت ،

جیسا کہ آپ کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا جائے گا حکومت کی آخری رات تمام اسکول اب طلباء کو بند کر رہے ہیں (ان لوگوں کے علاوہ جو پہلے ہی ہم نے خود کو مکمل طور پر ہم سے شناخت کیا ہے).

تمام سیکھنے اب بدھ 6th جنوری 2021 سے ذیل میں تفصیلی کے اثر کے ساتھ آن لائن کیا جائے گا.

نرسری ، استقبالیہ ، سال 1 اور سال 2.
بچوں کے لئے کام کلاس DOJO پر روزانہ مقرر کیا جائے گا.

سال 3, 4, 5 & 6
گوگل کلاس روم پر بچوں کے لئے کام روزانہ مقرر کیا جائے گا.

تمام کلاسوں کے لئے کام 9am کی طرف سے ہر روز آن لائن ہو جائے گا. یہ ضروری ہے کہ آپ کے بچے کو ان کے کلاس ٹیچر کی طرف سے ان کے لئے مقرر کیا گیا ہے کہ کام مکمل ہے.
اگر آپ کو اپنے بچے کے استاد سے بات چیت کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ، تو براہ کرم کلاس DOJO استعمال کریں. کلاس DOJO 9 ایم اور 3pm کے گھنٹوں کے درمیان ہر روز عملدرآمد کیا جائے گا ، 3pm کے بعد موصول ہونے والے کسی بھی پیغام کو مندرجہ ذیل اسکول کے دن تک نہیں دیکھا جائے گا.

اگر آپ آن لائن مواد تک رسائی حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں تو براہ مہربانی اسکول سے رابطہ کریں.

Dear parents/careers,

I was really looking forward to meeting you and your children tomorrow at the start of the New Year but this is sadly not to be.

At 8pm on 4th January, the Prime minister announced that schools must close with immediate effect. School will be closed to ALL pupils tomorrow (5th January) so we can make arrangements.

Children identified as eligible to attend school during this time will be contacted tomorrow via dojo with further details. 

We will provide remote learning for all children from Wednesday 6th January and it is vital that every child completes their home learning every day (unless they are unwell).

عزیز والدین/کیریئرز,

میں واقعی میں نئے سال کے آغاز میں آپ اور آپ کے بچوں سے ملنے کے لئے آگے دیکھ رہا تھا لیکن یہ افسوس نہیں ہے.

4 جنوری کو 8pm کو وزیراعظم نے اعلان کیا کہ اسکول کو فوری اثر سے قریب ہونا چاہیے ۔ کل (5 جنوری) کے دوران اسکول تمام طلباء کو بند کر دیا جائے گا لہذا ہم انتظامات بنا سکتے ہیں.

اس وقت کے دوران اسکول جانے کے اہل بچوں کی شناخت کی گئی ہے ، کل کے ذریعے مزید تفصیلات کے ساتھ سے رابطہ کیا جائے گا.

ہم تمام بچوں کے لئے بدھ کے روز 6 جنوری سے دور دراز سیکھنے فراہم کریں گے اور یہ ضروری ہے کہ ہر بچہ ہر روز اپنے گھر والوں کو پورا کرے (جب تک وہ ناپسندی نہیں ہیں).

Dear Parents,

As you will be aware from the recent news, there has been a lot of discussion regarding the safe re opening of primary schools.  Whilst at the moment Tameside council have said that primary schools will remain open, we do not know if this will change.  Like yourselves we only know what the current situation is from the news.

Therefore, we need to plan for the event that there may be an announcement that the government decide to close schools and we need to be able to respond as quickly as possible and have a plan in place.

If you are classed as a key worker and would need your child/children to attend school during a school closure you must contact school today on the following mobile telephone number 07895760314 before 11.30 am TODAY. 

Please do not ring school to check if we are open, currently know school will be open to all children tomorrow (Tues 5^th January).  If we are informed by the council or department for education that there will be any school closures we will communicate this to you by text message, website and class Dojo.

Please remember that in the event of any lockdown/school closures where it is possible for children to stay home, it is safer for them to do so.

Please be reassured that the safety of your children and all staff must remain our priority at this time.

جیسا کہ آپ کو حالیہ خبروں سے آگاہ کیا جائے گا ، پرائمری اسکولوں کے محفوظ دوبارہ کھولنے کے بارے میں بہت بحث ہوئی ہے ۔  جب اس وقت تمیسادی کونسل نے کہا ہے کہ پرائمری اسکول کھلے رہیں گے ، تو ہم نہیں جانتے کہ اس میں تبدیلی آئے گی ۔  آپ کی طرح ہم صرف یہ جانتے ہیں کہ موجودہ صورتحال خبروں سے کیا ہے ۔

لہذا ، ہمیں اس واقعے کی منصوبہ بندی کرنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ حکومت نے اسکولوں کو بند کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے اور ہمیں جتنی جلدی ممکن ہو اس کا جواب دینے کے قابل ہونا ضروری ہے اور اس کی منصوبہ بندی کی جائے گی.

اگر آپ کو ایک اہم کارکن کے طور پر قرار دیا جاتا ہے اور آپ کے بچے/بچوں کی ضرورت ہو گی اسکول کی بندش کے دوران اسکول میں شرکت کرنے کے لئے آپ کو آج مندرجہ ذیل موبائل ٹیلی فون نمبر 07895760314 11.30 سے قبل اسکول سے رابطہ کرنا ہوگا. 

براہ کرم اسکول کو نہ صرف اس صورت میں چیک کرنے کے لئے کہ اگر ہم کھلے ہیں تو ، فی الحال اسکول تمام بچوں کو کل کے لئے کھلی ہو جائے گا (گ5 جنوری).  اگر ہمیں کونسل یا ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی تعلیم کے لیے اطلاع دی گئی ہے کہ وہ اسکول کی بندش ہو جائے گا ، تو ہم آپ کو متنی پیغام ، ویب سائٹ اور کلاس Dojo ذریعے آپ کو اس بات چیت کریں گے ۔

براہ کرم یاد رکھیں کہ کسی بھی تالا لگا/اسکول کی بندش کی صورت میں جہاں بچوں کے لئے گھر رہنے کے لئے ممکن ہے ، وہ ایسا کرنے کے لئے محفوظ ہے.

براہ کرم یقین رہیں کہ آپ کے بچوں اور تمام عملے کی حفاظت اس وقت ہماری ترجیح ہونی چاہیے ۔
